A 65 years old lady had ca neck undergone CT RT 18 months back cured successfully. At end of therapy she had esophagial stenosis and tracheal mucosal swelling. Six times esophagial dilatation done.
Now seventh time reoccurred. Please advice permanent management.for esophagial stenosis AND Tracheal swelling?
