Background and methodology: MCL is an aggressive non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma “with a pathognomonic chromosomal translocation t (11;14). As information on MCL is very little, the prognosis is uniformly dismal”. Aim: To understand the prognosis of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), thus providing comprehensive insights into the treatment of MCL in a developing country Methodology: Patients treated with MCL were retrospectively analysed for clinicopathological evidence by using STATA 14.0. Kaplan- Meier analysis along with Cox’s proportional hazards were the two methods implemented for determining survival.
