A 45 years old woman with out fever on routine examination has TLC 9000/cmm.,urine examination routine showed leucocyte esterase with pus cells 18 to 20 per hpf.c/ s urine showed colony count more than 100000 cfl/ ml.growth of E. Coli sensitive to cotrimoxazole along with other oral and parental antimicrobials.

She was taking cotrimoxazole DS ,one BD.on third day she developed low grade fever,nausea,drowsiness and vertigo. how to proceed further for managing this case?
