The court has asked to book two doctors for death of a 6 years old child. Previously, Delhi Medical Council and Medical Council Of India both have issued clean chit to doctors that no medical negligence has been done during treatment. Under RTI, he sought treatment for a diagnosis made in treatment slips of his child from hospital in New Delhi and AIIMS and filed a case in court comparing treatment given to his child by these doctors.
I feel, it's not fair as it is the misuse of RTI and insult to the medical profession. What is your opinion? Kindly share.
