A FIR has been lodged against a gang of criminals targeting students appearing for MS/MD/PG diploma courses through NEET-PG exam, to offer question papers and higher ranks in return of money. Several candidates complained that they have been receiving random calls from unknown people offering question papers and high ranks in return of money. National Board of Examination (NBE) which conducts the entrance exam also mentioned that they have been informed by the parent of the students about these unknown calls.
The gang who contacted the students claimed to have all the personal details of the candidate, including their date of birth, address, application form number and Aadhaar number.
