First Line of Treatment for Hypertensive patients (AGE 35-45)

Apart from JNC8 guidelines, in general patients at remote places(specially gujarat) have been prescibed B-blocker along with CCB or CCB alone or ACEI alone, I don't see wide use of Diuretics or ARBs in general, can someone throw light on evidence based treatment for Indian Population.?
