Seen A case presenting with an ulcer with swelling in centre located at the outer aspect of clavicle  protruding out and  centre looking white and lots of serous discharge. centre of ulcer look fibrous smooth, edges of the ulcer red but not everted or rolled out.

skin arround the ulcer dry/ blackish sticking to the subcutaneous tissue and fixed. No other Swelling /LN  The swelling givesan impresion , on appearence of bsal cell carcinoma But  FNAC FROMTHE CENTER OF ULCER DONE - by me shows collection of Neutrophills.and no malignant cells X RAYS SHOW NO BONY INVOLVEMENT Pl give yr opinion
