1yr8mnths old girl child presented with h/o cough & cold since 1week. H/o ?fb( ground nut piece) aspiration 5 days back with apparent life threatenin event(ALTE) .chest xray done outside was normal on day 2. Came to me on day 4.not willing for bronchoscopy as advised in other institute.
On examination bilateral creps present.no wheeze..? lri... treated with augmentin n asthalin for 3days..child is active ,not in distress ..repeat x ray on day 5 shows patchy infiltration in right peri hilar area.what should be done ?whether CT chest will help to r/o fb?
