A pregnant lady in first trimester presented with complaints of fatigue and hair loss. Has Past history hypothyroidism on Levo-Thyroxine (Synthetic) 75 mcg. I advised a thyroid profile where t3 and t4 were normal and tsh was 8.4. So increased dose of Levo-Thyroxine (Synthetic) to 100 mcg.
after repeat ft4 and tsh after 2 weeks. ft4 was 14 ( normal range less than 12) and tsh was 0.64 and complaints mild tiredness. What should be next line of management and whether there is a need for further investigations?
