An 8-year girl child came with the history of bilateral pitting edema since 3 month had h/o trauma to one leg due to fall, since then she had swelling which not subsided but another limb also involved, no urinary, liver or cardiac symptoms and no obvious malnutrition status. Since then she having same complaints treated for filariasis but no use.
