Background: Proximal esophageal atresia with distal tracheo-oesophageal fistula surgically corrected at birth. DORV with RVOT stenosis. No spelling. Stable saturation’s between 85-90 in air.
Repeated LRTI with green secretions on suction for the last month. Diagnosed with recurrent tracheo-oesophageal fistula. What is the most likely reason for green urine? What h/o should be sought?
