With the recent emergence, over three hundred H1N1 cases have been identified in Kerala and the disease is likely spreading all southern parts of India. This creates a national threat all across the country and there is an urgent need to address the situation. For the moment, CDC has set-up new federal guidelines on using nonpharmaceutical measures to control influenza pandemics.
