This is a 6 month old baby with haemangioma of thigh. Started as a small one, it has rapidly grown to this size. This is in a non- dangerous site (like airway, eyes). The growth is rapid.

My question is will you treat or wait? Do you prefer steroids or propranalol if planning to treat? when is laser indicated?
