Dear Doctors, this case is of my 21 year old daughter. She is experiencing massive hair loss after fever.Tests for Dengu were negative. Fever was cured by paracetamol 650 mg 1-1. opB and TSH are normal, but now after she is recovered from fever is complaining about massive hair loss.

What further actions should be taken? Is it just a coincidence of fever and hair loss or because of drug therapy.
