The patient suddenly had a lot of pain after administration of sodium hydrochloride. The mucosa was vestibular anaemic at the gingival margin 43-44. The Large swelling was seen in short time. The tooth was rinsed with saline, but there was no relief, the procedure of rinsing tooth with saline was repeated and the patient felt better.

After a few hours, a patient complained about severe pain and swelling from eye to unilateral neck. Has anyone experienced this type of hard swelling like encapsulation? What are further measures needed? The patient is currently taking amoxicillin dose.
