Now a days in my surgical practice I am getting increase no. of HbsAg & HCV +ve cases, about 1 out of 8 or 9 pre surgical investigation.Most of the pts do not give h/o blood transfusion.
My questions are what are the causes of so much increase in no.,what precautions we should take during surgery, which one is more infective & which one is more dangerous between two.
