The court has certain powers, it is very disappointing to note that the same court, if it is really interested in welfare of Indians, should have also asked for action against Medical Council of of Ayurveda for not taking action against its own members for prescribing medicines of other's system. This was a case of prescribing Allopathic drugs by the practitioners of Ayurveda etc. The High Court has given its judgement against Ayuvedic Practitioners, dated 08.04.2016 in W.P. (C) 7865/2010. A review petition was filed by All Indian Medicine Graduates Association (Regd) against the High Court's Decision.
