A high-risk neurosurgical procedure at Kauvery Hospital has resulted in a remarkable early recovery for a 59-year-old woman who had been bedridden for seven years following a prior intracranial hemorrhage and surgery. The patient, dependent on tracheostomy support, presented in critical condition with a large frontal brain tumor occupying nearly half of the cranial cavity.
