My patient 43 year, hypertensive with unstable angina is on bisoprolol 5mg reflecting high levels of triglycerides all the time. not esponding to any anti TGL t/t like statins,finofibrates, nicotinic acid, omega 3 etc, but develops fibromyalgia when put on anti TGL but TGL does not lower. I come to know that bisolprolol raise TGL level.

Other antihypertensive like ACE,ARB tends to increse his pulse rate. kindly suggest befitting antihypertensive, antianginal for such patient
