A staff nurse 55 years 37 kg c/o pain at upper Lt chest ant and posteriorly for three days, working on duty properly from 16-7-16 to till today with treatment,found to have this X-ray and TLC 10760. Active lady only on combination of Fenofibrate and Rosuvastatin for six months. She was residing at upper story of our clinic building for ten years; (Main city) 8 months before she shifted to out side city at place populated with many local dairy and cattles cows and buffaloes.
Sent blood for IgG and IgM for Aspergillosis. She is on Amoxicillin and clavulanate 1.2 fm iv and Amikacin 250 mg iv bid. What should we suspect ?
