Residency program  is meant for sharpening clinical skills and gaining additional knowledge about the subject concerned. A resident joins to learn more and gain confidence in the discipline, But, this doesn't happen always. Most of the time is spent in satisfying the egoistic attitude of seniors/consultants, begging for what he is entitled to.

How should he react to the situation (arising in an institution/individual) which inevitably and persistently downregulates his academic abilities and kills his desire to expect at least minimal of what is required for his progress, in spite of the best efforts to tackle them?
