If patient comes only with blood report of serum bilirubin greater than 1.2mg/dL, how to differentiate b/w conjugated n unconjugated hyperbilirubinaemia, viral or alcohol induced and what is the treatment modality? Many prefer native treatment and many doctors prescribe LIV 52 and other ayurvedic products.
Is it correct to prescribe it? How to correct deranged liver enzymes? LFT should be advised to all? It would be useful if any one can post a short comment on hepatitis. Thank you.
