During night shift duty at hospital we often receive patients with different clinical problems which we have to refer to Medical College hospital for better treatment facilities. Problem is that nowadays patient party creates pressure on us for admission immediately and not to refer at night. If something happens to the patient then who will be responsible?

As at midnight neither specialist nor CT scan or MRI is available in our area. Kindly suggest your view.
