A 46 year old female admitted with fever, vomiting, nausea, burning micturition, breathlessness, BP60/40, SPO2--89%, PR-101, temp-101, weight 50 kg, Xray-large consolidation Rt upper lobe. Now, consolidation is resolved, maintaining vital stable without O 2 and inotropic agent. Today is the 11 th day in ICU.
But having fever daily in morning and evening MP, WIDAL, Dengue--Negative, Weil--Negative Weil Flix+VE WBC 1st day 34000 & today 10000, Hb-9, Platelet 1st day 120000 & today 6500, LFT, RFT, Electrolyte normal now, but having pedal edema, ascites, facial puffiness 2D ECHO, ECG is normal. How to manage further?
