A 30 years man, under treatment from 2010, for GM epilepsy. He is having pneumothorax but he doesn't know when this problem started. Now on 10 July, he has developed fever, TLC 9500, ESR 68, MT -ve, X-ray showed fluid level in right lung.
How to treat this problem? What is the cause of fluid after 12 years?
