Patient History: A 28-year-old G1 P0 at 22 weeks’ gestation has a positive Chlamydia DNA assay of the endocervix. She denies vaginal discharge, lower abdominal pain, or fever. Physical Examination: On examination, her blood pressure (BP) is 110/70 mm Hg, heart rate (HR) is 70 beats per minute (bpm), and she is afebrile. Her heart and lung examinations are normal. Her abdomen is nontender and gravid. The fundal height is 20 cm and fetal heart tones are in the 140bpm range.
