A 37-year-old male patient reported symptoms of a runny nose and clear nasal discharge. The symptoms appeared annually around the same time of year, along with irritation and itching of eyes, and sore throat. The symptoms led to interruption of sleep, causing daytime drowsiness.

There was no significant past medical, family, or drug history.
