One of my pt aged 51 years female hypertensive since 12 years on amlodipine 5 mg 1 tab daily. Also takes thyroxine 50 micro gms. Now a days BP is around 140 /100. Is it necessary to change the medication for better control.
What is best advice . Please reply. Thanks
