47 yr old with h/o diabetes on Glipizide three times a day, came with hypertension of BP 150/100 mmHg. I started on telmaisartan 40 mg. One was tolerated well. Today he came with hypotension, BP was 100/70mmg.
RBS was 281 mmHg (Taken sugar). How should I manage the case now?
