Patient : Married woman Age : 35 years History : She is a 35-year-old female with a history of hypothyroidism. She was diagnosed with the condition approximately one year ago, and has been taking levothyroxine (a synthetic form of thyroid hormone) for treatment. She has been compliant with her medication regimen since her diagnosis. Presenting Symptoms : She has been experiencing symptoms of fatigue, dry skin, and constipation. She has also been feeling cold more often than usual.

Physical Examination : On physical examination, She has a slight decrease in her heart rate and her blood pressure is slightly lower than normal.
