(1) For the last 2 years, some ideas pertinent to Dengue shock syndrome and now Sars Cov -2 .have been doing rounds in my mind. Of late I have made certain observations while going through research articles on international journals on Sars Cov -2 and allied diseases. (a) Vendothelial cell damage plays a key role in thepathogenesis of the disease process of Sars cov-2 and Dengue shock syndrome. (b) Sars cov-2 infects the host cells using ACE-2 receptors present in the lungs, heart, kidneys, intestines, and especially Vascular Endothelial cells across the body.
