A patient with severe PIH press operated per of finding scar dehiscence noted the only peritoneum intact where to put the incision. In the uterus, if u go through scar then it becomes difficult to stitch afterwards.

It causes a lot of cut through as lower segment was very thinned out. How to manage this case further?
