A report on earnings of doctors have just been released by the US doctor survey. It revolves for $204,000 for pediatricians to $443,000 for Orthopedic Surgeons. You can see the report at in a clinical website of the USA. (This is the income after all the expenses & insurance, but before paying taxes, i..e. Gross income) So why are we earning so low?

May be because- Americans take their health seriously, They have almost 90% health insurance coverage, that is coverage for 270 million people paying at least $300 per month. That is $$81 Billion dollars rolling in the health system EVERY MONTH OR APPROXIMATELY $1 Trillion per year. So we should also follow their lead and hope people here start putting money for HEALTH. In your opinion, what is the reason for this discrepancy?
