A young lady started to have continuous inflammatory sensation. She underwent extensive radiological and pathological examinations to reveal that her body was struggling against two problems unnoticed so far. Clinical presentation: Takayasu arteritis (TA) and Multiorgan Tuberculosis (TB) - lymphadenitis, diagnosed concomitantly, followed by the episode of relapse of TA.
