Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the leading cause of mortality, accounting for around 31% of all deaths worldwide. ECG, a non-invasive diagnostic modality, has a substantial clinical impact in assessing the severity of CVDs. However, errors in interpreting the ECG recordings can lead to misdiagnosis resulting in a delay in the appropriate treatment. Hence, it is necessary for healthcare professionals to develop skills and knowledge in interpreting ECG findings for prompt diagnosis and early treatment of CVDs.
