This 60 year old gentleman presented with Spreading Cellulitis in his Right Foot partially amputated elsewhere. He has severe rest pain in Right Foot. He is Diabetic only since 3 years and has never smoked. On examination he is moderately built. His lower limb pulses are absent bilaterally. Right Foot has only great toe.
The other toes have been amputated with a large ulcer - infected. I have posted his MR Angiogram for reference. I want suggestions regarding his management. He is not willing for further amputation. He wants the ulcer to heal and cure for his block
