The patient, 36 years male came with pain in both flanks and burning sensation during micturition for 3 days. He had a history of frequent irregular fever since last 7 months. He already had the ultrasound was done, which showed a calculus of 2x1cm in lower calyx of the left kidney. However, the ultrasnologist had failed to show or report anything beyond that.
