Distension/Vomiting / classical “red currant jelly “ x 4 days ✔️P/R : Intussusceptum seen & palpable ✔️USG: S/O Intussusception ✔️During Laparotomy *Ileo-Colo-Colic* Intussusception found & reduced up to I/C region but was not possible thereafter ✔️Resection (Quadru Colectomy) &  Anastomoses  (Ileo-Ascending) ✔️Discharged on 7th day
