Na- 138, K- 4, Cr- 0.7, RBS- 82, SGPT- 23, Albumin- 3.8, Globulin- 2.6, Ca- 9.2, P- 4.3, ALP- 677, Vit D- 19; took Vit D accordingly. T3, T4 and TSH twice normal. TSH is 4.8 and 3.7 respectively. Clonidine stimulation test: GH at 1 hr-18.9, 2nd hr- 16.4, 3rd- hr 11.7 Cortisol at 8 AM 388. Bone age 1 year back: 3 years. ATTG IgA- 3.8 N.
Anthropometry done: Height- 110 cm, Weight- 16 kg, Target adult height:164 cm Height velocity- 1.5cm /year in last 1 year. US/LS: 0.99. SD at present > 3 SD from TAH, so it’s pathological.
