A 40 years old female complaining per vaginal bleeding for last 1 month. Bleeding is scanty, painless. Patient had h/o of tubal ligation. FBG - 324 mg%, PPBG - 492 mg%. Patient had 3 children.

USG whole abdomen done and reports normal. How to manage this case specially the bleeding and what investigations can we advice to the patient? Expert please guide.
