A female patient aged 64 has undergone angioplasty 8 Yrs back she C/o of fatigue in may 2015, her BP was high and was started on Telmisarten H1/day . It is controlled.her thyroid study was normal. Now again she C/o fatigue. EF is normal.

She has now increased TSH. Does HCTZ cause hypothyroidism? Please share your experience.
