A 20 yrs old female patient came for routine eye checkup. On SLE, both the eyes showed a brown coloured mesh like membrane covering the pupillary area. In right eye, this membrane was covering the visual axis where as in left eye visual axis was free of this membrane. BCVA was right eye-6/9p & left eye-6/6.

Fundus was normal in both the eyes. Is this a persistent pupillary membrane? Does Any intervention necessary for this,as it is responsible for decreased vision (6/9p) in right eye? If intervention is necessary then simple membranectomy is sufficient or any other procedure is there?
