1) Is written prescription required for a doctor who himself goes to the pharmacy seeking for a prescription based medicines (for example antibiotics)? Kindly let me know your views. 2) Suppose,I am having fever with chills and went for CBC,PSMP to nearby path lab and detected P.vivax positive. Can't I take chloroquine myslef with all other symtomatic medications and precations? Is it necesaary to take advise (especially in written) from some other doctor/physician where I know almost everthing about malaria and its treatment.
What law says? 3) What about medical leave or sick leave for a doctor who is working in some hospital or company? Do they also require medical certificate from other doctors? Or cant they treat themselves? What is your opinion?
