A 70 year old, active male suffering poor erection for last 2 years is desirous of trying Tadalafil for a satisfying sexual life for self & spouse. The patient is hypertensive on anti-hypertensives (metoprolol & amyloid pine); GPA on Retuximab, in fairly good general health.

Will it be safe for him to take Tadalafil?
