A patient 35-year-old, slightly overweight squash player and a jogger, had severe pain and swelling of the knee after a jogging session of an hour almost two months back. After a course of Diclofenac Sodium 50 mg BD/PC for two weeks pain and swelling almost gone. Few queries:- Immediate arthroscopy and treatment can be differed for few months.
Any possibility of natural healing of the meniscal tear in light of no swelling and only mild pain on standing after long drive or prolong sitting for few hours. This MRI was done on 15/12/2015.
