A 42 yr old female came to me with no complaints but for evaluation of her routine lab reports which she got done while her routine health check up lab reports were all normal except alkaline phosphatase was raised -105 and LDL high(150),crp- negative .i know this could be s/o any tumor but as she had no complaints. How should i proceed for further investigation and is there any other causes please let me know.
