A 50 years, Diabetes and Hypertension from the age of 32, managed initially with INSULIN, later by oral drugs. Walking daily 5--6 kms , + uses treadmill, cycling. Now c/o very severe stiffness in calf muscules, when I examine, surprise to the size of muscles.

No pain . Is it related to DM, which was with very high blood sugar levels initially.
