JEET (JOINT EFFORT FOR ELIMINATION OF TUBERCULOSIS) has been implemented in various states across country. Its objectives includes creating awareness and helping private practioners to enter themselves and patients coming to them in NIKSHAY data. It has been observed many patients of private sector get lost due to absence of proper mechanism to trace them till outcome of treatment.

They are not registered any where, to attract doctors practicing in private sector, Government gives 1000 rupees per patient to doctors for registering in NIKSHAY,  free CBNAAT testing, patients in DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) get 500 rupees per month till treatment, and free treatment. My question is how this model can be made more successful?
