With a changing scenario, the medical field is facing up problems of unemployment due to imbalance in supply and growing demands of doctors, the difference in polarization by city or region, unawareness about job opportunities in rural areas, etc. Actually, the situation is somewhat different in different areas. In this regard, the initiative is taken by IMA Kochi to set up a Job bank for doctors which will help them to gain more sophisticated employment or look into the alternative options.
