I have not spent too much time here in India so am out of the loop regarding many thing. Does the supreme court have jurisdiction of becoming an executive and directing MCI or CBSE to restructure the medical education, which is a state subject, in combined examination NEET? OR PARLIAMENT SHOULD TAKE OVER THE HEALTH & MEDICAL EDUCATION FROM BEING A STATE DIRECTIVE PRINCIPLE BY A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT (IT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN SHAH BANO - SO CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT IS THE WAY TO GO.)- - - - MESS THAT INDIA IS--- On one hand are the minority Muslims, even the Indian constitution or laws I don't know which, takes away the jurisdiction of parliament from making any personal law about them.

I have equal rights as given to Muslims. So Parliament does not have any jurisdiction of making laws about anything that has an effect on me. That is my argument, till all others are given exemption…
